How many people do not know how to use chopsticks?

I'm doing research for a project, and I'm hoping to find out why people choose not to use chopsticks. Would you use chopsticks if it was easier to use them? Would you use something to teach you how to use chopsticks? For those that use chopsticks regularly, is there something about chopsticks that you particularly enjoy? If there could be something different about chopsticks, what would you change? Thanks to all that answer, any input would help!
