I felt weird about the fact that he is living with a women and i think that is normal. he made it clear that he does not have any relationship with her and mentioned he is not sleeping with her and never did. At first i was cool about it but i had some questions in the back of my head which is bothering me right now. Is any one out there having this kind of situation:? Please do give some advice. Okay first- take a deep breath, your son will be fine- dogs are very protective and they have good instincts to get back to the house. And yes, im sure the dog will bark. So just sit tight and wait until he's found. No 8 year old that I know of would spend the night outside so if he isn't found by the police, I'm sure he make his way back with the help of the dog. As for moving- not the only option, try counseling and telling the school about the bullying situation. Just keep your cool, I'm sure your son will be found!

What doors to use for a "boiler room"?

We have a boiler in a hallway/room area towards the back of the house. We need to replace the doors the enclose the area. right now that are wooden Louvered doors. Do i NEED to use those kind since they are pretty hard to come by? im thinking if i use normal doors then it will get insanely hot back there when the boiler is running. I'm looking for Ethnic dolls that I used to have as a little girl.?

When I was a child - 30 years ago, I had these six ethnic dolls. Each one was enclosed with a plastic base with a clear plastic cover. I could take them out and play with them. They were probably 8 inches tall and plastic like Barbie dolls. One was Spanish with a beautiful red dress and black lace on the ends of the ruffles. Another was from Holland with blond hair and blue eyes. Each doll had clothing from her culture. Unfortunately, I can't remember the others. I had been saving these dolls for years, but my mother gave them away. It's very possible they were purchased in Syracuse, New York or Kingston, Ontario. What is the best colour to use to paint the walls of a small enclosed backyard?

A pale stoney color (gray or brown) would probably be best. Better yet is planting some climbers on those walls so that the boundary become less defined. Hi all, I am the VP for our HS Band Boosters. We would like to do a year long raffle where you can win things such as a new TV, tickets to a sporting event, gift cards, etc. We would like to have the prizes donated so that we have no real expenses. Now when I went to the Detroit Tigers website donation page, it said something about needing to enclose a letter about your 501c3 status. We do have a tax exempt ID number but we do not have 501c3 status. Do you know if having a tax exempt ID number would work to get donations. Durango P0700 4.7L 05?

I got into my durango last week to go to work started fine reversed fine. Then I put it into drive and in 1st gear the engine was wailing/racing with a loud noise but the rpms were at 1,500. It shifted into 2nd fine and drove great for the rest of the day. Even when I would start out in 1st gear again it was fine. Then yesturday the same thing happened in the morning and again it was fine after it shifted into second. When I got into my car after work the Malfunction Indicator Light"Check Engine Light" came on. I did the key trick to check the code and it was P0700. I know what the code is. I know its telling me that something is wrong in the Trans or TCM. I'm going to the dealer in 2 days because I'm working but the Durango is sitting at home while I drive the van to work. But my question is what part or sensor is broke or in need of repair. I'm not a big car guy so help needed!

My dog hates to be inside...?

I know most people with small dog say "my dog hates to be OUTSIDE" but I have a min pin, he's rather large, about 16 lbs. and he hates to be inside. He is a rescue and they stated that he was crate trained, so even though I don't like crates I put him in one for a few hrs at a time and he hated it and deliberately pooped everywhere and tore up everything. So then I tried giving him free run of a small part of the house and he pooped and peed on purpose everywhere and was miserable. I use to let him sit outside on my porch (it is enclosed with railing) even when I was gone because he hates staying in the house but recently a neighbor let him out without permission and he was attacked by a pit bull and almost died. Also my rescue contract states I cannot leave him outside for more than an hour. So needless to say I do not want to leave him out anymore. I don't know what to do through. It is not just separation anxiety because he rarely comes inside even when I am home. I walk him twice a day and take him either to my parents farm or the dog park once a week to run loose and play with other dogs... I've tried dog videos, music and interactive toys but he ignores everything. I think he just enjoys watching the going ons in the neighborhood, I live in town. Ideally I would leave him out because that is what makes him happy but I don't want the rescue to take him away. The only time he likes to come in is when it gets dark or to grab a quick nap or a few pats from me and then he is ready to go out again. Anyone else with this problem or solutions?

What is this musical instrument - help?

One of my firends has sent me a musical instrument from her travels around the world but not told me what it is. It could be from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Kenya or Uganda. You could do it like the other person said, but you said you wanted them to stay the same and not have to drag them up when they get low. In order to do that you have to do Crtl+shift+c, and then type in boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true after doing that hold the shift button and then click on the mailbox and you should see a thing that says "Make needs static" or "Make motives static". Click that, and now your sims needs won't decrease, they'll just stay in the green the whole time. Hope I helped!

Just one example I know for fact..A factory I worked at, we got paid extra for going above our quota for our shift, came to around 20% more pay a week, anyway they were forced to hire some blacks, they went through the same training as everybody else. Once the blacks got into my area that was the last bonus I ever saw on my paycheck for exceeding the minimum "quota"....But a least we were diverse, that is the main point, we were told anyway. Can using my laptop outside mess up my speakers?

This spring, I had been using my laptop (Del XPS M1710) outisde a lot. I have a deck in which the portion below it is enclosed (with the deck as a roof, and big thick-plastic screens as the walls) there are ceiling fans in the enclosed area. I like to smoke my hookah out here with my laptop. I haven't really actually had it in the "real" outdoors. One day I was smoking, and took the coals off of my pipe to go inside for lunch. I was inside for a couple of hours and it had started raining. It was not wet inside the enclosed area when I returned, but I had left my laptop there. No problems. The same thing happened to me a few times over the spring, and I had no problems with my computer. Over the past couple of weeks, though, I have noticed my speakers have gone to crap and are being really really fuzzy and crackly, even at low volumes. It is virtually impossible to listen to music or enjoy videos on it now. I am wondering if the humidity from the few times it rained has damaged my speakers? Is this possible? Also how can I go about replacing the speakers without going through the manufacturer? I have no warranty and do not mind voiding any warranty I might have had in order to replace them myself.

Logic doesn't govern dreams. They are products of your subconsciousness, and having weird ones does not mean that you are crazy or disturbed. I consider myself very healthy mentally (and physically, emotionally, etc--all these aspects of health are very interconnected) yet I also have some weird dreams myself, nothing too different from the type of dreams you've had. I'm standing on a beach with pure white sand. I can hear the waves but they're muted. All of a sudden I'm in a white dress and I turn away from the sea and can see my whole family and friends stood there, but they're all fuzzy, like a badly taken picture. Next there's a loud buzzing noise and they're all fading away. The sea gets wilder and yet the volume is turned down. The sky is red and orange and purple. I feel afraid. i have the same problem all the time. What helps me is to practice each hand separately (at the same speed), then put them together and play it extra s l o w l y to see where the notes in each part should be falling in relation to each other. It also helps to briefly disregard the dynamics and to really pound out each key so you can feel when the notes should be hitting. I hope this helps, good luck!

How to cure noisy neighbours who won't turn down music volume and laugh off complaints from neighbours about t?

Hi All, I stay in a block of flats in Edinburgh and a guy has moved in above me who continually plays his music at such a high volume that I battle to hear my TV at full volume. He continually moves stuff around the flat and dropping what appear to be heavy objects. I would imagine that his floors are laminated as every sound carries to me who stays below. Myself and the guy who stay above him have been to talk to him about the noises and he ignores us and says its his flat and he'll do as he wishes. He is a tenant in the flat and we cannot find out his landlords name to make a complaint to her. He walks around the flat from room to room and I can hear every sound he makes, if carpets were fitted in his flat it would make 100% difference to the sounds being carried, and all of these complaints happen at all hours of the day whether its 3pm or 3 am. I am a shift worker and this is starting to affect my well being and sleep patterns. Any suggestions on a pay back that would alter his opinion.

Car will start but won't move when I give it gas?

I was merging onto the highway and started to accelerate fairly quickly. I got up to about 110/120 kmph and then my car started to slow down while my foot was on the gas, my check engine light soon, parking break and windshield fluid light all came on also. I pulled over to the shoulder and attempted to restart the car, it would start but when I shifted into drive I could not give the car any gas and it wouldn't move. Any idea what problem it could be? Is it safe to leave Guinea pigs out on your lawn to feed?

Hi All, My children have three Guinea pigs which are kept in a large hutch in the garden. Lately, I have been letting them out of the hutch to run around on the lawn (which is enclosed). I feel sorry for them being inside a hutch all the time and they love being out on the garden eating grass. I have a cat and he just lies down by them or walks past. There are other cats in the area tho. What i'd like to know is do you think it's possible for a cat to kill or hurt an adult Guinea pig? Can you be fired for calling in sick 4 times in over a year?

I have been working as a courtesy clerk (bagger) at a grocery store for about a year and 2 or 3 months now. Recently, I called in sick for the fourth time ever. My manager told me that I call in too much and that its "always on shifts where she really needs me". She told me if I didn't show up or get the shift covered, she would take me off the schedule permanently. I wasn't able to get the shift covered, and felt too ill to go to work that day. I feel this is unreasonable as I am never late, have never had consecutive sick days, and am generally a good employee. Some of my friends who work with me used to call in about once or twice a month, have had no call, no shows, and are frequently late, yet they still have thier jobs and were getting more hours than I was while working there. My main question is if this seems reasonable, and if not, what should I do about it?

Grinding in the rear end of my car?

i have a trans am ws6 automatic pretty much stock except for my rebuilt tranny that has changed shift points, flowmaster exhaust, slp lid and nitto 555r drag radiails. with a professional driving and on a actual drag strip its suppose to run a 4.9 sec 0-60 and a 13.5 sec 1/4 mile stock. well i did the 0-60 test on black top and i got 5.5 sec but i only did it once. idk the 1/4 mile but i do know that my car is a bit slower on take off. i run a 0-100 in high 11 to low 12 sec. so im guessing my car will run the 1/4 mile in stock time if not a bit faster. well the thing is ive had a grinding in my rear end since i got it and im just gonna replace my stock 323 gears to 373. plus ill have to get a programmer to calibrate the speedometer and ima change it to where instaed of shifting at 6000rpm it will shift at 6500rpm hoping to get a bit more power. i also have 3 inch long tube stainless steel headers i want to put on but not sure if i will get to. but will i notice a difference with the different gears and the changee in shift points? if so how much would be your best guess. im wanting to know the performance difference cuz i alrede know gas mileage will be worse. and would the headers really help or just change to sound?

I am tired of babysitting my younger sister.?

I am 18 and my sister is 9. I have babysat her for the last four summer breaks every single day from the second i wake up to about 5 p.m. I even have to watch her anytime my parents need to run errands. I also have a job and work the evening shift 3 to 5 days a weeks. So i hardly have time for anything. This summer I have had it, but I don't know how to tell them. My sister doesn't listen to me at all and just sits inside all day watching tv and playing computer games. I have a girlfriend that I really like and friends I would love to spend time with. I have attempted to talk to my parents and even offered solutions such as summer camps and friends that babysit as a job but they always say no. My family is a member of the YMCA but my parents will not let her do their camps either. I know my parents have the money so that isn't the issue. Anytime I mention that I don't want to do this to my parents they get really upset,ignore it completely, or act like I do nothing to help the family and guilt me into doing it longer, they also have a tendency to blame my girlfriend for everything that I have done or asked for that they don't agree with. They won't even attempt to get to know her and she is to the point where she has quit trying to get to know them. Her parents have invited my parents over to their house a bunch of times but my parents always make excuses and don't show up. This is my summer before college and so far it has been horrible. I want to take control of my life and have some say so in the things my parents want me to do. Can anyone help me get KOTOR working with cheats?

OK guys, so i've already gone through and beaten KOTOR and now i'm playing through again on the PC and added some mods to the Override folder like they tell you to and they seem to work just fine. My problem is that I for some reason cannot get the cheats to enable. I have gone to swkotor.ini and added the line under Game Options: EnableCheats=1 but then it said i didn't have permission to save back in the main folder so instead I ended up saving it in My Documents and then moving it over to the main KOTOR folder. well, now I start the game and it runs fine but i push the ` key (the one left of the 1 key) and nothing happens, I've also tried [ctrl] + ` [alt] + ` [shift] + ` and other combinations as well, however i do not get any console or any area where i can type in the cheat. Does anyone know how to help? I've tried all these combinations on a US English Keyboard setting as well as a UK English Keyboard setting.

My wife has had lower back pain for 3 days now. Causes weakness in legs, Any Help?

After an injury in 2007 she has had pain come and go every few months. The doctors would just gave pain medication each time she went. As of late, the past 3 days, she has been having pain in her lower back, hips, legs, down to her knees. It gets to the point where she can not stand or walk. Her back is now shifted in an oddly shaped "S" and she leans when she walks. On 6/27/11 she went to the hospital again and they told her she had a UTI and did not know what was causing the pain. They didn't even check her back, just gave her a shot and also Norco which didn't take away the pain just left her on "Cloud 9", so to speak. She can not sit in any position for more then 10-15 minutes. We are here to look for possible answers and/or solutions. Thank You for your help

Should I let these kids come over to swim?

I just got a new pool. One of those above ground pools for my 5 year old daughter and myself. It's pretty large and we like all the space. I put it in our backyard which is enclosed by a privacy fence. These two kids riding bikes saw me watering my grass and stopped to talk to me. I had seen one of them only once before when he asked me if he could walk my dog. Which I said no because my dog doesn't like strangers, but anyway they asked me if they could swim in my pool. One looks like he is maybe 7 and the other probably 11 or so. I asked them how they know I had a pool? They said, "We just saw it. So can we come over and swim?" I didn't know what to say. I don't know these kids at all not even by their first names, and they certainly don't know me. If I was there mom I wouldn't like them going over to some strangers house to swim. I asked them where they lived and they pointed to a house like a block away on my street. I said if their mother says it's okay then yes, but I said not today, maybe later. I just don't know if I should let them. I don't want to be responsible for these kids. But I don't want to be mean either. Is it inappropriate to let them? What do you think?

My Chimney has 2 flus ,one for the fireplace ,one for the oil burner?

,The mortar cap is deteriorated ,so I replaced a portion of it and sealed all the edges with mortar . The two flus are rectangular and rise perpendicular to each other and form a T at the top . Where the two flus meet at the top, there was a 1 inch gap between the two ,they didn't quite touch . I filled this gap with mortar but am not sure I should have ,but it seemed if I didn't it would let water get inside the chimney,where it didn't belong . Can an insect fly as fast as a car?

When you're driving at let's say 100 mph, and you have a fly buzzing around in your car, does he get thrown to the back window because you are travelling faster than him or is he free to fly around the car? He's not actually in contact with the vehcile itself as he's flying around. So would the fact that the car is creating a sort of 'enclosed space' enable the fly to be free from g-force? How come we can feel it when we're in the car then? And if we were able to float around without touching the seats or any part of the car, would the vehicles speed mean nothing to us aswell?

Okay. This is about my mom. I shouldn't put this out here but I need to know what illness this is. We tried the doctors but nada, they just tell us "Mental illness". They have not helped at all, they said nothing. My mom is 35 now and she does many things that don't make sense. If you tell her something she does the opposite. My mom has always been like that, and this time shes really making me go nuts.I think she has some kind of depression and mental illness. When she gets in trouble she won't look at you in the eye. She shifts her eyes. She done so many things that doesn't make sense. I think she even enjoys it when people get mad at her. Maybe because she gets attention? Even my grandma told me something of what she did when she was little. She told me that when she was little she hid behind hangers in the shopping store, and my grandma said she was looking for her and she popped out saying "Hehe you didn't see me!" and she was laughing while being scolded. She did something so similar just so recently. All of a sudden she disapeared and I was scared. I looked everywhere in the house. 20 minutes. After ten minutes i gave up and thought she took a walk. Me and my grandma were worried for 20 minutes. Then all of a sudden she pops out of her closet laughing and saying "Haha you couldn't find me" and we were yelling at her and she had a smile across her face. And she is insecure about her weight and unfortunatley me. She gained weight and she might have a weight disorder. I know that before she used to have bulimia. But shes really short [ 4"9 ] and shes 91 and it doesnt sound much but she looks big for her size.She complains about it and eats more and more and more. Shes insecure about me. Im at my families house and she calls me and says the same thing over and over again to keep me on the line. Please. If you know ANY of these please. HELP!

Yea sounds like you have a few problems if I read that correctly, leave the car running on a flat spot, check the dipstick for tranny fluid should be to the right of the engine bay on your specific car, make sure to pull it out wipe and dip it, has to be at the second dot, it would only be doing that if the fluid is unreasonably low, if its not low and its full of fluid, your gear are probably starting to slip, high rpms while going a decent amount of speed is a sign of tranny failing, so is revving high before it goes, usually it bangs when it kicks in, if everything is banging a lot and making the interior of the car shake obnoxiously it could be the motor mounts, before you do ANY maintenance done and waste your money, get it diagnosed by a trusted friend that knows a lot about cars, when something is wrong with a car and you tell the mechanic to just FIX IT and you say you don't know what it is or much about cars they see jackpot and rip you off, so find someone who won't charge you to diagnose the problem and give you a quote, another good tip if your using a mechanic shop to fix it, tell them you'll buy the parts and bring them in, mechanics buy the cheapest brand, lowest quality part and charge you like they bought the best one, I'm not stereotyping mechanics, because i am one lol and i know all the ripping off that goes on, and honestly if any repair cost over $1000, i'd say scrap it, you get like $400 to junkyard a car depending on how much scrap they get out of it and model/make, because spending $1000 or more on a car that is 15 years old is just a terrible investment, for example, take the $400 and the $1000 that "say" it costs to fix your car, give or take a few hundred bucks and you get a decent reliable high 90s early 2000's 4 cylinder car, just trying to help people out who don't know much about cars, cause everyone gets ripped off these days it sucks, they should make automotive a mandatory class in middle/highschool cause everyone needs to drive and everyones car is gunna break some day, instead of them getting ripped off they'll have knowledge of what wrong atleast, ok i'm done preaching, good luck!

Hey all, I recently bought an 8 week old puppy and I'm currently in the process of crating him. I'm being told that if I crate him and keep his crate next to me, he will not be able to be alone for while I'm at work ( I work nine hour shifts, but come home at lunch, so he will only be alone for 4 hours at a time). I currently live in an apartment and am trying to sound proof his "room." His room consists of a giant walk-in closet. I was told by some people to put up carpet tiles, egg cartons and even the pink foam boards. I did like the closet with the pink foam boards and I could still hear him pretty well. My Lincoln Ls 2003's transmission revs to 3 RPM when on 2RPM, while shifting to 2nd to 3rd gear. it is automatic, and it also has a semi-manual.Its a v8 5 speed. at 96 thousand mileage.. once it revs it forces the transmission change, and makes a hard shift. It doesn't hurt. It gives you a smooth transition between gears. As for depress the clutch all the way in, you don't have too. You need to find a sweet spot where the clutch let you shift. Normally, I depress the clutch about 1/2 to 3/4 in and shifting gears. It is a lot faster shifting than depressing all the way in. One thing, you can always shift from gear to neutral without having to depress the clutch.

I know its telling me that something is wrong in the Trans or TCM. I'm going to the dealer in 2 days because I'm working but the Durango is sitting at home while I drive the van to work. But my question is what part or sensor is broke or in need of repair. I'm not a big car guy so help needed!

Question About Sore/Achy Feet?

I've had sore achy feet for years. I've had 3 pairs of custom orthotics made by Podiatrists, & taken several Anti-Inflammatory meds for this problem. They all have worked for a while, & then my foot pain comes back with a vengeance. It's like my feet feel better & then they get used to the meds or orthotics & then they no longer help.I've tried everything off the shelves in stores with no relief. I've spent Thousands of $$, & wish I had every dollar back, because nothing has helped. Can anybody out there relate to my problem, & does anyone have any long term solution or is this something I'm gonna have to live with forever. Red Bump on My Upper Lip?

Guys I'm really worried about this. First it started like 2 months ago. More or less. A red bump suddenly appeared on my upper lip and in a few minutes, the left side of my lip began to swell. The next morning it was still swollen but went down at the end of the day. Then through a long period of time, the red bump would sometimes come and go. But without swelling. Then 1-2 weeks ago, the bump came and my lip became swollen again. In a day it calmed down but the red bump didn't seem to go. And for these past weeks I always felt my lip swelling but it wasn't. Last weekend I went with my friends to a cafe. I had a salad and French fries, after I was done. The bump grew and became incredibly red, it calmed down a bit. Then 2 days ago we went to Mcdonalds I ate a meal and the bump grew again and became red. Then right now, I put chopstick on my lips and the bump grew and is now red. And I can feel my lip a tad swollen. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS??!? I don't think it's a cold sore because I saw pictures of it in different stages and it looks nothing like it.

I am not attracted to other gay asians living in my area. So?? Why is that a problem?
