My Japanese teacher yelled at me for no reason?

Either she's nuts or she's inexperienced as a teacher. I've noticed that newer teachers tend to be intimidated by a classroom and they don't disciplin those who cause trouble consistently, only the weaker students who don't cause trouble. They often use them as an example for the class to intimidate.
