Red Bump on Upper lip?

Guys I'm really worried about this. First it started like 2 months ago. More or less. A red bump suddenly appeared on my upper lip and in a few minutes, the left side of my lip began to swell. The next morning it was still swollen but went down at the end of the day. Then through a long period of time, the red bump would sometimes come and go. But without swelling. Then 1-2 weeks ago, the bump came and my lip became swollen again. In a day it calmed down but the red bump didn't seem to go. And for these past weeks I always felt my lip swelling but it wasn't. Last weekend I went with my friends to a cafe. I had a salad and French fries, after I was done. The bump grew and became incredibly red, it calmed down a bit. Then 2 days ago we went to Mcdonalds I ate a meal and the bump grew again and became red. Then right now, I put chopstick on my lips and the bump grew and is now red. And I can feel my lip a tad swollen. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS??!?
