Where is legitimate place to buy a pair of chopsticks for one dollar or less?

i would like just plain undecorated ones in order to decorate them myself and sell them at craft shows. they have to be the round ones because they are going to be hair sticks. i would very much prefer these are not in bulk of a gross; really need a dozen or a smaller amount like that. thanks!
